Lokenzo Park

Lokenzo Park is located at the top of the hill in Roleystone and is surrounded in beautiful trees.

The stables are rendered brick with all double doors, lights, lock up tack room and wash down bay.  There are 2 electric doors opening the stable area up completely or closing it.

  The dressage arena is 60x20m, floodlit and on riversand.  There is drainage beneath the surface preventing flooding.

All of the paddocks are fully reticulated and fenced in 3 level copper log post and rail. 

Lokenzo Park is surrounded in hills and tracks providing for lots of quality trail riding.

 The property was initially all rock however 200 truck loads of clean fill sand was brought in before the works commenced.

 The property never floods with the water going through the sand and running down the hill.
